First and foremost, I'm a proud mom of two adorable children—a charming 8-year-old girl and an energetic 6-year-old boy. They are the joy of my life and a constant inspiration for everything I do.
Prior to my baking journey, I had a successful career as a lawyer. However, life has a way of guiding us down unexpected paths. Due to health circumstances, I found myself in search of desserts that were not only delicious but also had a low glycemic index. I wanted to indulge my sweet tooth without compromising my health.
